Я ставлю только на размещённых ресурсах, не занимаюсь спамом в обратную связь, поскольку это вызывает претензии у админов.
При работе с анкорами я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не так как некоторые ставят, анкор в виде открытого HTML, и это очень плохо, поисковики видят это, и накладывают санкции.
Корректные беклинки заставляют поисковые системы чаще заходить на сайт, а это запускает индексацию страниц, что увеличивает шанс индексации.
