A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures.
