Для размещения ссылок с анкором я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не размещаю их так, как делают некоторые, ссылку в коде страницы, и это очень плохо, поисковики видят это, и накладывают санкции.
Грамотно сделанные ссылки привлекают поисковых роботов на ресурс, а краулеры передают сигнал индексаторам, повышая вероятность попадания в индекс.
