Вопрос о призыве в армию регулярно вызывает бурные обсуждения, особенно в случаях, когда речь идёт о призывниках с хроническими заболеваниями. Для некоторых это важный этап в жизни, для других — серьёзное испытание, которое может ухудшить здоровье. В российских законах, и в зарубежной практике, прописаны точные условия, по которым выносится решение о годности.
Что такое «расписание болезней»
Под расписанием болезней понимают официальный документ, что перечислены заболевания и медицинские проблемы, влияющие на возможность службы. Для каждого заболевания прописаны форма и тяжесть, потенциальные последствия и соответствующая категория годности. Расписание болезней является основой для врачей призывной комиссии.
Медицинское освидетельствование призывников
Медицинское освидетельствование проходит в призывном пункте и включает осмотр у нескольких специалистов: терапевта, хирурга, психиатра, офтальмолога, ЛОРа, стоматолога. Основная функция комиссии — определить уровень здоровья, сверить с перечнем болезней и вынести медицинское заключение. Если есть сомнения призывника могут направить в специализированное медучреждение. Выводы врачей записываются в личное дело и влияют на итоговое заключение.
Категории призывной годности
Существует несколько категорий годности, определяющих возможность прохождения службы:
А — полностью годен.
Б — годен с незначительными ограничениями.
В — ограниченная годность, освобождение от службы в мирное время.
Г — отсрочка для лечения.
Д — непригоден к службе.
Как психические диагнозы влияют на службу
Особое внимание — это психическое здоровье призывника. Одним из психических расстройств, мешающих службе является смешанное расстройство личности. Такое состояние выражается сочетанием признаков нескольких личностных расстройств, ухудшающих способность к службе. В соответствии с перечнем болезней, при подтверждении заболевания призывник чаще всего присваивается категорию В или Д, с учётом выраженности.
Документы для подтверждения психического расстройства
Чтобы диагноз был принят во внимание, требуется предъявить документы: результаты обследований, акты экспертизы, результаты стационарного обследования. Если диагноз подтверждён, он получает освобождение или отсрочку.
Итог
Служба в армии требует высокой физической и психологической готовности. Государство регулирует этот процесс через расписание болезней. Для призывников с хроническими или психическими заболеваниями важно заранее собрать все документы, чтобы на медкомиссии их состояние оценили корректно.
