Ребят, привет! Решил(а) поделиться опытом — вдруг кто-то сейчас в похожей ситуации.
Ищу я себе, значит, временное жильё — и понял(а), что это прямо отдельное приключение.
Пошёл(а) искать, и тут началось: сайты, группы, объявления… глаза разбегаются. В итоге всё ок — и теперь могу рассказать, как искать посуточное жильё без головняка. жилье на сутки срочно (https://tiktur.ru/category/zhilyo/)

Ну а как иначе — всё в интернете.
Есть куча платформ: от раскрученных до нишевых. У некоторых такое ощущение, что сайт застрял в 2010 году. дешевая аренда на сутки (https://tiktur.ru/category/zhilyo/)
Совет: смотрите сразу отзывы, рейтинг, фотки и, главное, — условия.
Как выбрать хорошее жильё, не нарываясь на развод
Главное — не хватать первое попавшееся.
Задаю тупые вопросы, но зато потом не удивляюсь.

Сколько стоит посуточное жильё и как не переплатить
Разброс — огромный. Можно найти за 800?, а можно за 8 тысяч.
В сезон — цены вверх. Праздники? Ещё выше. Но если повезёт — можно словить шикарный вариант по скидке.
Если пишете напрямую — можно сбить цену или получить плюшки (ранний заезд, например).
Квартира, студия или комната? Что выбрать?
Если один(а) и просто переночевать — комната сойдёт.
Семьёй — отдельное жильё must have.

Вот чеклист:
