При работе с анкорами я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не размещаю их так, как делают некоторые, анкор в виде открытого HTML, что вредит сайту, роботы замечают подобное, и могут понизить сайт.
Корректные беклинки привлекают краулеров на ресурс, а это запускает индексацию страниц, повышая вероятность попадания в индекс.
