Я публикую только на размещённых ресурсах, не использую рассылку в контактные формы, поскольку это вызывает претензии у админов.
Для размещения ссылок с анкором я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не размещаю их так, как делают некоторые, анкор в виде открытого HTML, что недопустимо, роботы замечают подобное, и накладывают санкции.
Корректные беклинки привлекают краулеров на продвигаемую страницу, а краулеры передают сигнал индексаторам, повышая вероятность попадания в индекс.
