Каждый юноша сталкивается с вопросом прохождения армии. Будущее службы определяет медкомиссия, которая фиксирует диагнозы. Официальная классификация здоровья призывников раскрывает, кто может служить. Абсолютная годность означает полную пригодность. Группа «Б» показывает небольшие ограничения, но служба возможна. Категория В означает ограниченную годность. Категория Г даёт отсрочку, а группа Д освобождает полностью.
Более 200 болезней в официальном документе дают освобождение. Это сердечно-сосудистые патологии, психические расстройства, патологии органов чувств, серьёзные бронхолёгочные заболевания, нарушения работы позвоночника и разные хронические заболевания.
Сердечно-сосудистые болезни и психические расстройства — повод не служить. Сердечная недостаточность и пороки исключают физическую нагрузку. Шизофрения, эпилепсия, тяжёлая депрессия становятся основанием для «В» или «Д».
Заболевания глаз и нарушения слуха — основание для категории «В». Офтальмологические патологии становятся барьером для призыва. Болезни внутреннего и среднего уха также ведут к освобождению.
Болезни лёгких тоже частая причина освобождения. Патологии лёгких и бронхов становятся основанием для категории «В» или «Д».
Нарушения опорно-двигательного аппарата часто фиксируются комиссией. Тяжёлые ортопедические диагнозы делают службу невозможной.
Медкомиссия в военкомате: обследуют призывника. Несколько врачей проверяют здоровье назначают исследования. Если есть сомнения, назначаются дополнительная диагностика, которые определяют категорию. Подготовка документов в военкомат: справки и анализы для освобождения от армии. Официальные заключения врачей повышают шансы на освобождение. Споры с военкоматом медкомиссии — получить освобождение. Если комиссия поставила неправильную категорию, есть право на апелляцию. Это гарантирует повторное обследование.
