Co vlastně jsou ty kapsle na cukrovku?
První reakce bývá: „To už tu bylo milionkrát.“ Ale v poslední době se na trhu objevují doplňky stravy, které nejsou jen tak nějaký prášek z neznámé laboratoře.
Většina těchto látek má za sebou solidní výzkum – ne nějaké „babičky říkaly“.
A co je na tom nejlepší? Nejsou to léky, ale podpora.
Moje zkušenost
Já to prostě musel zkusit.
Nekoupil jsem první věc, co na mě vyskočila – chvíli jsem hledal.
Sám o sobě žádný doplněk divy neudělá, ale ve spojení s režimem? Hmm...
Neříkám, že jsem „vyléčený“, ale rozdíl jsem cítil.
Tělo to vzalo úplně v pohodě.
Jo, možná placebo – ale i placebo někdy funguje, ne?
Nejsem sám, kdo to řeší
Kamarádka mojí mámy bere podobný přípravek a tvrdí, že se cítí o 100 % líp.
To, co funguje jednomu, druhému nemusí.
Já říkám: důležité je, že to pomáhá. A komu jak, to už je na každém.
Je to jen móda, nebo má šanci?
Jiní varují, že to může být rizikové bez konzultace.
Ale výzkum je jedna věc, reálný život druhá.
Závěrem?
Ale jako podpora? Jako součást balíčku „péče o sebe“? Proč ne.
